Masaki Matsubara is a trusted session player in Japan, and since his debut at the age of 23 he had participated in the recording of over 10,000 songs. His guitar play was indispensable for the recording of Japanese artistes such as Yumi Matsutoya, Seiko Matsuda and etc. Since releasing his first solo album RUUMU Sand in 1978, he had released 24 solo albums and 3 compilation albums.
