1. TAV Membership

To qualify for a membership at TAV, simply accumulate an in-store spend of min. $150 within 30 days or within a single receipt.

Members enjoy a 5% off on all new (sealed) records except for preloved records. Code for the discount online is TAVMEMBER5OFF.

Members can stack up an additional discount by offsetting with their existing Loyalty points. This applies only to new (sealed) records.

2. Reservations

New (sealed) records can be reserved and must be purchased via our website within 3 working days.

3. Pre-loved Records

Pre-loved records are available at our HQ only currently (while we restart our Discogs account for pre-loved records), while new (sealed) records are available online.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Pickups

Local orders over S$100 are entitled to free shipping. There is an available option for pickup from our HQ on Thursday, Friday, Saturday (1pm – 7pm).

Simply select 'In-store pickup' at ‘Checkout’ on our website to avoid shipping charges.

Delivery time for domestic delivery is between 3 to 5 working days. There will be instances of a delay in processing and shipment because of PayPal's compliance of the respective country's government regulations. We will only fulfill you order(s) when the payment is successful.

If there is a discrepancy on our stock availability, a refund will be issued immediately.

5. Consignments

We are currently not accepting any consignment arrangements or responding to inquiries of unsolicited sales of preloved records to the store.
