Originally recorded on July 17, 1980 at King Studio #2, Tokyo.
Legendary Japanese jazz bassist Isao Suzuki recorded this vibrant session in 1980 alongside his longtime collaborator Tsuyoshi Yamamoto.
Infused throughout with the infectious rhythms of Brazilian music, the album captures a festive spirit brought to life by an all-star lineup including Takayuki Kato, Ichiro Doi, and Donald Bailey.

Known for his vast musical knowledge, eye for detail, and archival skills, Ogawa has worked on more than 250 reissues and compilations – including the highly praised Deep Jazz Reality and Project Re:Vinyl series.
