A homage to the seminal disco boogie track ”Last Night a D.J. Saved My Life” (1982) from Indeep. Dot matrix typeface evocative of the LED screens used on synths and computers.

Back print
Found art collage juxtaposed with the Roland TR-808. Over the course of the 1980s, the 808 attracted a cult following among underground musicians for it's ease of use and it's idiosyncratic sounds. This is our love letter to the sound machine that have been instrumental to some of the best electronic albums.
