1. TAV Membership

To qualify for a membership at TAV, simply accumulate an in-store spend of min. $150 within 30 days or within a single receipt.

Members enjoy a 5% off on all new (sealed) records except for preloved records.

Members can stack up an additional discount by offsetting with their existing Loyalty points. This applies only to new (sealed) records.

2. Reservations

New (sealed) records can be reserved and must be purchased within 3 working days.

3. Pre-loved Records

Pre-loved records are available in-store only, while new (sealed) records are available in-store and online.

Reservations can be made for pre-loved records – subject to stock availability and on a first-come-first-serve basis. All reservations must purchased within 3 working days.

We still encourage our customers to come in-store and discover our preloved selection.

4. Terms & Conditions of In-store Sales

Please note that any sales that we promote at TAV applies to in-store purchases only.

Members will not be able to utilise their 5% discount or stack up additional discounts for any in-store sales.

Sale excludes local labels and titles such as Darker Than Wax and TAV Records.

Sale conditions are subject to changes and will be announced in detail on our social media platforms.

5. Shipping & Pickups

Local orders over S$100 are entitled to free shipping. There is an available option for pickup from our physical store. Simply select 'In-store pickup' at ‘Checkout’ on our website to avoid shipping charges.

Record(s) must be collected within two weeks from the date of purchase for all in-store pickup. If the collection date exceeds the intended period, an additional surcharge of S$10 per month will be imposed.

6. Consignments

We are currently not accepting any consignment arrangements or responding to inquiries of unsolicited sales of preloved records to the store.
