The Allen Toussaint Collection, a 1991 compilation of tracks from the legendary New Orleans musician's first four albums—From a Whisper to a Scream; Life, Love and Faith; Southern Nights; and Motion—receives its first-ever vinyl release in this two-LP, three-sided pressing, limited to 1,500. “Allen Toussaint's contribution to New Orleans R&B is indelible and his presence can be felt throughout classic recordings from the late '50s, '60s, and beyond.
